Real estate talk and coffee

Hi everyone, I’m traveling to Raleigh, NC this weekend. My wife and I are moving from CA in a few months. Since there aren’t any meetups over the weekend, I was wondering if anyone would like to get together Saturday night to have coffee and talk real estate.
