We do not recommend to any of our clients to pay points right now as the industry as a whole is anticipating rate cuts within the next 12-18 months.

Look into places people are going to visit. Even places you like visiting! Sometimes people don't want to stay in a hotel and would rather stay in a home!

Harder, but not impossible to get financing for these compared to stick-built. That's my experience. On top of that, the profits seem to be higher due to less costs.
