Looking for electrician in Philadelphia

Can anyone in Philly recommend a reliable electrician? We're looking to rewire the second floor unit of our duplex and potentially replace a panel. We're eager to get this done quickly since we're living in the unit. We had someone take a look a few weeks ago but he has since ghosted us.
