Hey, I’m Ahmed Aboelela! I’m a pre-grad student diving into real estate to reach financial freedom.

As I get into short-term rentals, I’m curious: What should I look for when picking a location? And how do I find solid data to compare properties and figure out expenses in a new market? Any tips or insights would be awesome!
