Hello Everybody,

I know tax season is around the corner and was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for accountants in the Seattle area since I just moved here and am currently in a house hack.

I recently just closed on a house and was looking to have some plumbing done in one of the bathrooms along with taking out the current bathtub and adding a shower. I was wondering if anybody knew of a good contractor that would be open to giving a bid for the project.

How are you able to get around $900 a room in SeaTac? I thought the average rent for a room was around $675 in that area?

Hello All,

I just graduated and was planning on moving to one of the more expensive cities to start my fulltime job and obtain an FHA loan for my first house hack. Because of the virus, I will now be working from home until at least January. Since the city where my work is located has extremely high prices I would be much happier to have my house in another state. I was wondering since job relocation is an exception for leaving early from an FHA loan, would that also count for remote work? My plan would be to get a property in a cheaper state with an FHA loan and live in it until January. Then when the remote work requirement is lifted and I have to go back into the state where my original work is, is that acceptable as work relocation?

Hi All,

I recently saw one of BiggerPocket's emails and was really interested in making a custom email for my small real estate company. I was wondering if they created their own HTML for each email or used a certain site to do this?

Also I was planning on putting a "My Portfolio" section on the website. This would include the current properties/investments I would own. I thought of including this because it might make myself seem more legitimate but I was worried that since I'm starting out, that section would be very small at first and also if it was a good idea letting others know of my current investments?
