@Evan Polaski That all makes sense. I will probably give a bio about me and my contact information. I can also start a blog about all the new stuff I'm learning. Do you recommend me using my first and last name as my domain name for the site or create a company name for it?

Also I assume my site will be more of a landing page than anything else since I won't be listing any properties?

Hello ALL,

I'm still new to investing and looking to hopefully purchase my first house hack soon but I keep seeing articles about how websites can bring in a lot of leads. Even though I haven't even purchased my first property yet, I was wondering if it was a good idea to create a website for myself. Since the only reason I would want a website is to attract people who want to sell their homes, what exactly would I put on my site? I saw how a lot of investors put past properties they have purchased on their site but for me, I won't have any. Would I just put my contact information and a small introduction to who I am?

Thank you! I'm definitely looking more towards purchasing a 1 unit SFR and renting out the rooms since I think I might have a better chance of getting something like that in the price range of around 600,000 somewhat near downtown Seattle

Hello, 

I'm very new to real estate investing and was looking to do my first house hack. I wanted to first get pre-approved and noticed that when I go to multiple lenders websites, they ask if my objective is for investing or primary residence. When I choose primary residence, the amount of loan money I can get is a lot higher than if I had chosen investing and I was wondering since I technically will be living in the house for at least a year, do I get pre-approved for primary residence or investing?
