Hmm. I know he has a listing on St. Paul Street so yes, he lists in Baltimore City

I can recommend a realtor who has helped me acquire 2 rental properties in the last 6 months. He's also an appraiser so he's a great resource to have when looking at properties in Howard and Baltimore counties. He's also a full-time realtor so he knows the area and is committed to working hard.
