@James Wise Yes, tagging someone on a post via smartphone does not work for me either on the BP website using Chrome. However, it works using the BP app. I am using an Android phone just fyi.

@Justin Yurong I agree with the posters that 35 investors is too many. Besides, with an ROI of 12%, that means you get your money back in at least 8 years (100 / 12), if I am not mistaken which is a long time. In MF deals, the typical rule of thumb for an investor is to get their money back in 3 - 4 years.

@Jonah Dias I was reading a recent post here about investing in Memphis. IMO, I would reach out to @Chris Clothier of Memphis Invest. Based on other members' comments about him and that company, it's all positive and good.

@April Allen Try Loopnet.com. Even though most of the properties there are the ones that have gone through brokers and had been filtered out, it's still a good place to search.
