Cory Jacobi I have a broker i use now. Previously I would call around but my guy saved me money on personal and investment homes. Some I paid about $100 More because I was provided water damage coverage but now I am. Let me know if you are interested in his contact info.

Joseph Doyle I did the same at first to get my first Re. Once I got it I put more money back into retirement then did a cashout refi to recycle the first money I saved up to buy another property. And the story goes on to purchase the next.

Good point Andrew Johnson love the contributions. I was doing both and was stuck on whether I should just do RE. Like you I like diversification

Hi BP members Hope all is well. I am curious to gather collective thoughts and opinions on IRA and 401k investing. Some people believe they should continue due to company matching as well as invest in IRA for tax savings upon retirement. What are your thoughts? Do you still invest in IRAs or 401ks having found real estate? Look forward to your feedback.

Cody L. I agree with Cody on placing a policy instead of an LLC. As a matter of fact, if you go with an LLC a lot of banks will consider your loan a commercial one which hikes up prices and rates. I am actually in the process of learning about which policy would be best and most cost effective to cover me. It is something new so it's a learning process but I believe is the best approach.
