The obvious answer is correct.

You start by simply googling and talking with people. Of course, saving money started a long time ago, before networking.

Don Pena said, in free market capitalistic country, you are only few thousand phone calls away from becoming multi-millionaire.

Like many people, I started with turnkey providers, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.

When I was beginner, before I figured which real estate strategy I can try, I figured out, what I can do from my existing skillset, life experiences, and available time.

For most people, it come down to either buying turnkeys out of state, or joining mastermind or mentorship program to gain more skills.

I am in the same boat, living in California, and investing out of state. Let's connect.

Either you can reinvent the wheel and do all research on your own, or simply invest with a turnkey provider.

Ruchit, thanks!

Before you try to learn about the pros and cons of any company, you need to make sure you have your preferences and goals determined. Then you will be in the right mindset to decide if Rent to retirement or any other company is good/fit for you or not.

Everybody has slightly different things to offer, and the way they offer them is different.

Anyhow, with that said, I have worked with them, still do, if you want, I can share my experience. Message me.

Congratulations on your complete rehab.

Let's connect personally, If it fits my criteria, maybe I will buy it, or hook you up with tons of investor-friends I know, and if that doesn't work, I have personally listed properties in the past across multiple platforms online, I will show you how to do it.
