Smartland Turnkey (Ohio) exeriences

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with Smartland, the Ohio Turnkey company?  I'm an aspiring investor from Massachusetts and am looking into Ohio markets (Cleveland and/or Columbus) and would appreciate any feedback from those who may have invested through this company, or have any helpful tips, recommendations or warnings.
