I worked my first "Highest and Best" showing today and it was exciting!

I found it super interesting looking at the opportunity through the eyes of different investors. How each chooses to look at it, and learning what they would do with it. It was fun.

Is it because I am new that made it awesome? or do we like bidding on houses?? Maybe First come First serve instead?

Thoughts?

Hi @Joe Splitrock! I wanted to open up a conversation and hear stories from Investors/Wholesalers. Good or bad every experience can teach us something, especially when you are just starting your career in REI. Knowing what works and what doesn't can inform my decision making as I continue to grow.

Thanks to everyone who has shared!

@Steve K. Great questions! This is my second week at NWA, actually this is my second week in the industry. I decided to make the shift form corporate America to Real Estate Investments. My goal here is to learn as much as I can from experienced Investors/Wholesalers- tie that into my training, make longterm connections and build a solid network for future business.

We do not require any funds prior to release property information, however we do require a 5k DP when purchasing, that 5K will be subtracted from your purchase price at closing. I am happy to jump on a call and catch you up on our disclosures!

Let me know!
