Investment Info:

Retail commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $560,000

Commercial is a whole different animal! My out of state buyer specifically looks for commercial deals. We found him this off market shopping strip on a very busy street in central San Antonio. He immediately saw the potential- we sit next to a big shopping center, foot traffic is at its max, we have 5 units with mom and pops business as tenants. All we needed was some TLC- and thats exactly what his plan was. Update the units- take care of the building and add value to what was a poorly managed situation. I wont be surprised if I drive by and see a Starbucks one day! Another happy Buyer!

Off Market. Straight from Seller to Buyer!

Update building- increase rents since currently they were underperforming!

I remember at the beginning of 2021 there where so many projections about what 2021 would look like in the Real Estate Market. I'm interested to know where everyone stands now.. 2021 is half way done- Was it everything you thought it would be? Or where you completely wrong? IDK!!

This has been my first full time year in real estate, so I dont know a different market. Please share, from an Investor point of view- are you guys making money or loosing? Maybe nothing happened or its happening right now and I can't tell! Who has the bird eye view on it??
