I asked my broker this morning, what makes San Antonio so sought out by Investors. He mentioned San Antonio is the "Perfect cocktail- it is a city that continues to  appreciate year after year and its one of the cheapest and affordable places to live in the US." He is right! It feels good, to connect my buyers with amazing opportunities.

What do you think about the Texas market? have you invested in SA yet?

As I start my career in Real Estate Investment, I am talking to people non stop, working to building my client list and having my buyers pipeline ready for the next deal to drop. Like any good investor, my people want one thing: "A Good Deal." What is that? Case by case right? or What do you think, what does a good deal look like for you?

What do we think? Can we?

I spoke to an investor today about a great deal in San Antonio, TX. The property is listed for 195k and has an ARV of 350k-360k based on our comparables, and even then its a very conservative assumption. My investor did not pay attention to them at all, he only looked at the tax value, which happened to be 260K and quickly said "No." Is that ok? what are your thoughts on this....

Let me know!
