     Why you'll take experience?

experience lets me know you actually been there & done that. reputation? you can pay anyone $20 to tell a tale.

Correct me if I'm wrong, you believe reputation is based on how much a group of people's stories match up about a person/company? why?

That's not a good question because it's all relative. How much money or how many partners do you have? What's your experience level managing large-scale multifamily? Are you looking to syndicate deal, be in a syndication, or buy on your own? What do you consider large multifamily?

I have questions on the topic of large multifamily apartment complexes generally around the U.S.

- What markets are good markets for investing/buying large multifamiliy apartment complexes?

- What driving factors should I take into account when l'm looking for an up n' coming hot markets?

- Hot markets?

- What systems/software do you recommend to use to determine the markets to invest/buy into?

Who do you know is willing to answer?

Hi, want to know, with a budget of 50k with financing, what market is the best ti buy a home and rent it out?

I got to know of a few through different forums,

1. Toledo, OH

2. Houston, TX

3. Brownsville, TX

Please can you suggest a few more or see if these look good?

I created a post in the same Buying and Selling Forum with the same question focused on Large Multifamily

It's called "Large Multifamily: Where to invest?"

Thanks for reading this far;

Hey Emily- It sounds like you have a lot of complementary skills to offer.  The key is probably determining your specific target market and a clear message about how you can help them.  Also, having a simple online presence that tells your story will make a big difference.

How effective is having an online presence on Revenue and Credibility?

For credibility, everyone will Google you so it's huge. Revenue follows if you have decent funnels and marketing tech.

 LOVE THAT RESPONSE PERIODT

     Why you'll take experience?

There's nothing like experience. You can watch and read all the books in the world. Nothing is like taking a dive into the deep end of the pool. Sink or swim. I'm so glad I took the leap of faith and now have a couple of rentals. If I didn't I would never know. Action speaks louder than words.

Why didn't you choose reputation over experience?
