ahh yes, I've actually wrote down some properties that are vacant, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to find the owners information, any insight on the topic?

Hello bigger pockets, I have invested lots of my time learning how to invest into real estate. I have been in contact with people in my city and feel I have everything in place to start investing. The biggest problem for me and most investors is trying to find a deal.. I will start cold knocking and calling. I was hoping to learn on this website from other investors on techniques etc., any help would be great!
