Hi Kenneth

I am an investor in Kitchener and Cambridge and Guelph and Barrie.  These markets are getting tougher to fix and flip yet still possible.  You can reach out to me - just google Roy Cleeves - or reply here and we can chat more.

It is best if we find properties before they hit the market and that allows us to get a better return.

Hello Braydon

Congratulations on your duplex.

I can help you in GKWC.  I am also an investor and a Realtor.  Would you like to meet up some time to talk about opportunities?

Cool - My son Jagger Cleeves - wants to get his British Passport so that he can do music in England.

What are the chances that he would be a musical child after being named Jagger!!!  And yes named after Mick Jagger - my wife is a huge fan! LOL.

And It would be my pleasure and that of my team to be of service in any way - even if just answering questions for you.

Cheers

Roy

Hello Robin

I am a Real Estate investor in Kitchener - and Not Waterloo, Ontario - simply because of the Rental Bylaw that they have now for Waterloo.

I am also a Real Estate Agent and I come across opportunities for investment often.  Some I have taken yet I cannot buy them all.

I would be happy to help you here in Kitchener/Cambridge/Guelph.

You can see more of my info at callcleeves.com

Best Wishes in the UK - that is my heritage as well - Mother born there - and wife born there!  And my Father's grandfather was born there.

Hi Jordan - I am an investor in Guelph using Rent to Own and Joint ventures.  That is a good way to get started too.  I can tell you more and we could meet in Guelph sometime.

Other markets in Ontario may be less expensive yet we still want to make sure that the values are increasing as you don't want to go to a cheap buy and then find no appreciation in value.

I would call Ron Dennis of State Farm - Kitchener and either he or Craig from his office can probably give you a rule of thumb.
