New investor from Ontario Canada

Hey,

I'm 29 from Guelph, Ontario (Canada). 

Been an entrepreneur for most of my adult life, currently focusing on online info products and mobile apps. 

Business has been growing substantially this year, so I'm starting to focus more of my education on long term investing strategies. 

I definitely want to get into real estate, but I have all the usual excuses - prices are crazy where I live, I don't want fix toilets, etc..! hah. 

Anyways at this point I'm done with excuses and want to start taking it seriously. Just started listening to the podcast and even 10 minutes on this forum has opened my eyes up to other markets in Ontario that could be affordable for me to get started. 

Would love to connect with anyone else in the area who is actively investing or in the same boat as me!
