@Bryan Richardson I have had more success sending out cold letters than cold calling.

@Timothy Duggan, if you wanted $2000 should have priced at $2000. Do the right thing and let best tenant have the house for $1900.

@Paolo Ruggieri, horrible, horrible, horrible idea, exercise mats are not flooring. You can find liquidators that sale flooring for around $0.75/sqft.

@Jaden Adams. GET YOUR DEGREE!!!!!!. With online education, there is no reason not to get your degree and your real estate license. If you have a kw broker in your area take their license class, while you get your degree on line
