both lender's title insurance and owner's title insurance basically is protection against title insurance, so what if buyer just buy "lender's title insurance", and don't buy home owner's title insurance?

I will be lending on purchase price only with first lien, he will arrange money for rehab.

Just wondering what are typical points charged+ Interest rates for $400k to $600k loan amount for around 6 months duration.

I am not sure when you ask If I need to create a business model, can you please elaborate on that.

I need to hire my son, because it may help in tax deduction, I was reading if your kids help you in business then LLC can pay them up to 13k tax free, that's the one of the reason I want to create LLC.

I was trying to get workers compensation insurance, most of insurance company said they don't provide insurance for such business.

I have been doing private lending at small level with my own money that me and my wife earned.

I was doing on our own name, no LLC involved.

Now I was thinking opening a LLC.

Just need opinion what are pros an cons doing private lending under LLC?

Do I need some type of insurance, any other thing I am missing that I should take care.

What is difference between private lending and Hard lending?

is there any terms and conditions like up to this amount no license need, or up to these number of loans no license need etc.
