This one for myself.

If you have seen this home or familiar with this one, I am interested in some feedback.

Hi Roy, Thanks for your reply.

I am talking about last scenario, where one building has been constructed against the exterior wall of its neighbor.

If you google search 50 w 23 rd street Bayonne,nj and/or 51w 22nd street Bayonne,nj.

both are on the corner of a block toward ave C in Bayonne.

all the homes between these two home are attached.

Hi, I am trying to buy a multifamily home in Bayonne,NJ.

But this property has one wall attached to neighbor's wall.

If such a home (without attached) is worth $500K then due to one wall attachment

what is effect on the worth of property.

Hi, if somebody wants to invest $500K what is best way.

like buy a multifamily home in Jersery city/Bayonne area or buy somthing in PA where property tax are very less or invest in Florida homes....

in my case I do full time job, so can not invest enough time in real estate, so flipping may not be a good option , may be renting near by home(I live in Bayonne).

Hi Jem,

Thanks for your reply, I posted here,so that I can cover points that I missed originally.

Optional management fee, I guess would not be an option because it's only one and only property..right?

yes, other points, I should consider.

So, including these new points...is it worth/good investment ?

Hi, Friends, I am new in property, even I am renting for my self , I don't want to buy for my own residence since I am not sure like where I need to buy,so I was planning to buy for some investment. my concern is...

If I buy a two family(floor) home in NJ for $450K built in 1974,no major work need to be done , and get 15 years loan on that, with current rate(I have excellent credit history) and get rate like $1700 from each floor, property tax is around $12k/per annual.

So, what ever I get in rent will go in property tax and mortgage.

but I will get house in 15 years...

Is it worth...I am novice in this field, will appreciate detailed reply on this.

I am not buying for cash flow, my goal is long term investment return...if somebody has better option to invest other than renting please share.
