Post: Mentor for an apartment buildig building investment.

I am looking for some advice on finding a local mentor for an apartment building or trailer park investment.

What roles will this person play and how do best compensate them for their time, knowledge and advise?

My first question is, "How do I find such a mentor?"

I would be grateful for any feedback you can send my way.

Thank you in advance.

I am looking at a few trailer parks and am trying to assess the sales value, cap rate, ROI, and cash flow. How do I complete these when the trailers are either owned, rented or vacant?

I am in transition from single family to commercial master leases.
My focus is apartment, storage buildings and trailer parks.

Is anyone currently involved with a master lease or used Peter Conti as a guide
for the application of a master lease agreement?

Thank you.

ROGERH.

What are your thoughts on compensating brokers when working off market properties?

Covid-19.
How are we addressing multi/apartment common areas to remain in compliance?
What are the issues and how is this affecting your business?

Thanks-

ROGERH~

What is the preferred method to validate and time the market for a multi unit
or apartment building deal?

How do we know we are in the right market at the correct time?

I would like it very much if everyone in our multi and apartment building community will jump in and add their best advice.

Questions: Step by Step - by the numbers.

1. What are the priorities?

a. Finding the deal?

b. Finding investors?

c. Funding the deal?

d. Building the pro team? brokers, attorneys, realtors, property managers etc.

I sincerely welcome all comments.

Best wishes,

Roger Hendrixson
