My focus at the time is Master Lease with Option for Apartment buildings. Currently looking at Dave Lindahl and William Bronchick. At the same time trying not to drop a ton of cash for systems I do not really need. I have JV investors interested, but I need to put the deal together first.

I have some choices for a CRM. 

Looking for advice on Podio, Soho, InvestorFuze? etc. 

There must be one product which is superior to the others.

I have been doing lease options since the early 90's. All assignments; plain, fast and simple. Now It is time to graduate to better deals. 

Anyone with good or bad recent experience with REImobile, RVM Lead Machine, or a similar product?
