First Steps for Commercial Real Estate

I would like it very much if everyone in commercial estate will jump in and add their best advice.

Questions: (I really need to simplify the process)

1. What are the priorities?

a. Finding the deal?

b. Finding investors?

c. Funding the deal?

d. Building the pro team? brokers, attorneys, realtors, property managers etc.
