Thank you guys for you input, All of you have provided a wealth of information that has taking me some time to take in. @jay hinrichs I'm very interested in learning how to find an equality partner. I have bird doged in the pass but have never been aboe to build a good buyers list

@J Scott undefined that's a great question well i have about 5 years in sales experience, 10 plus years in marketing,promotions and event coordination. I do have 1 year of bird dogging exp and about 3 or 4 years of studying real estate investment. So i do have a good generalization of the process.

As far as a partnership/mentor it's very simple access to knowledge to help make sure I'm making good offers on soild properties and funds to complete deals. Of-course splitting profits is not a problem knowledge and building connections are more important.

Hello Jennifer and Grant I am located in Virginia as well, although I am not experienced as you two are, I would love to connect with local investors. I have bird dogged in the past for a mentor who didn't do much teaching. So now i am Trying to fill in the lessons that wasn't taught to me
