Hey Guys, New member here in Virginia. Getting ready to close on my first property next week. This will be a flip so I can have the equity to maybe get my first buy and hold and possibly another property to flip. Hello Jennifer and Grant I am located in Virginia as well, although I am not experienced as you two are, I would love to connect with local investors. I have bird dogged in the past for a mentor who didn't do much teaching. So now i am Trying to fill in the lessons that wasn't taught to me
