OneProp required what I consider a pretty standard percentage in the Oklahoma market. It was 1 months rent and then 10% monthly there after. The obtained work history, employment verification, background check etc...  Once the grunt work was completed, they would provide the information to me for review. It was ultimately up to me to make the final decision.  

I used Josh Farmer at OneProp in the past. He and his team did a thorough pre and post move inspection that included photos and videos. This was instrumental when I elected to hold the renters deposit on move out related to damage done.   

I am currently in the Shawnee market and looking to expand.
