The certification program is within Lee Arnold. That will get you paid for the loans you bring

Alan, That is not so with Lee Arnold. You needed to make application for the loan from them if you wanted to get funding, to make sure you could. Not to mention the POF letter is an easy way if you are using money from someone you can't get one from quick enough

I am sorry I never hit send to this. Heloc can be great but just remember no matter your financial status with a heloc you will forever owe it should you run into any problems. A heloc carries beyond the house
