Delaware is for Big Business,

Nevada is for small business. We have our LLC in Nevada for our flips and we will be creaating another in Nevada for buy and holds.

The reason for doing it in Nevada and then the small fee for doing business in whatever states etc.

We are in Maine and our laws read much for piercing the corporate veil. With Maine as a foreign entity it goees back to the rules of the state we have the LLC in and the only way to pierce the Corporate Veil in Nevada is by comitting fraud. Hopefully no one is doing that.

We do all of our business with Nevada Corporate Headquarters. Great Company

I have several properties presently under contract and I am looking at a potentially large amount of buy and hold properties. We welcome any not scam folks to make contact with..

We have found many scammers and some legit. Many of the legit lenders do not lend in Maine. SO it keeps it limited. for who we have found and of course people get tapped out and can't lend even if they would like to
