Post: Sub $50k Lender Needed for NC Property

Hi BP Members, I’ve got 4 rentals that I owe less than $50k on that I’m needing to refinance. These properties are currently on 5/1 ARM’s with a 15 year amortization. I’ve got plenty of time before the balloons are due but I’m wanting to go ahead and refi all of these into 30 year fixed mortgages while rates are still relatively low. I have at least a 25% equity position in each property but I am not wanting to take any cash out. My focus is cash flow so I want to keep my monthly payments as low as possible. Does anyone have a lender that does sub $50k loans that they’d recommend? I should also add that I need this lender to have online tools. I live in Seattle and the properties are in NC so I need an online portal that I can log in to and see mortgage balances, escrow balances, and tax statements. I’d also like to be able to close into an LLC but this isn’t a must. Thanks in advance for the help!

@Brian Corbett glad to hear you all had a great turnout!

@Nancy Bachety I think I'll be headed home in and around the June time-frame.  I've got a lot of work travel planned for the next two months so I don't think I'll have much time before then.  I'll reach out to you when I'm headed back.  I hope things are going well for you!

@Sebastian Kressley any update on your financing situation?  I'm in the process of refinancing a few of my places and would like to hear what your banks are quoting you.

No relation to The Jones Law firm.  Just throwing that out there.  Would've been nice and probably would've saved me a lot of money!   :)

@Sebastian Kressley congratulations!  I use Eddie Hudson with Midway Home Inspections and Allen Hahn for my closing attorney.  Both very professional and reasonable.

Where’s your property located?  Looking forward to hearing about it!

Great to see this actually happening! @Brian Corbett thanks for organizing this.  Unfortunately I'll have some friends from Greenville in town in Seattle that week so I won't be able to make it back.  Looking forward to hearing about the conversation and potentially attending the next one!

Ah man I hate that I’ll have to miss this! I do all my investing in Greenville(closing on 2 more at the end of the month) but I’m glad to see everyone starting to realize the value in the Greenville market. Brian Corbett do you still have my number? If so I’d love to hear how the first meet-up goes.
