@Zach Alms

I appreciate the information. I now realized I may have left some details out. I do prefer the cash out for a few reasons. One would be asset protection. Secondly some of the money would be used on the property while some would be paying myself back since I used my cash for the deal while some would be set aside for future investments. I understand there are a few options but what I am ideally looking for is someone to work with to actually get the refi done. I’m looking for a mortgage broker to work with.

@Randall Alan

Thank you for the information. I wasent sure where to start so any information is helpful. I do own the property free and clear. I don’t want to over leverage but I would like to get cash out if it to use on future deals.

Hey friends! My wife and I are located in Pennsylvania and purchased a warehouse to rent out as commercial warehouse space. We are shopping for insurance options. There is some work scheduled to get done on the building over the next few weeks. If you offer insurance for this, message me for more details please. Thank you!

Hello all! I’m inquiring about options for health/dental care. I do plan to leave my full time W2 job in the future and my wife is 1099. I currently have coverage through my employer. My question is, what are the full time entrepreneurs doing? Is it just “is what it is”? It’s a piece to the puzzle that I haven’t heard talked about much. I did some research but didn’t see much. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello! I would like to get a Heloc to have those funds available. Here is my situation; the house is paid off in mine and my wife’s name. I work a w2, she is 1099. We also have some rental income. Credit scores 800ish. The house we live in is under slight interior renovation. The main bank I use and another local bank both want to do an interior appraisal. I would rather not do that until the renovations are complete but I don’t want to wait that long to access fund. I read online that in most cases that’s not required anyways. Any recommendations? Or better yet, anyone on that end of the business that I can give my business to? Thanks!

Hello all! The house my Wife and I live in was purchased subject to. We have decided to pay off the balance so we would have a free and clear deed in our names and get a heloc. Would the heloc have to be in the name of whoever the deed is? I was considering putting it in both our names for potentially better protection if someone were to ever sue one of us individually. Her income is 1099 so I’m not sure if that would be an issue. My income is w2. Both have credit around 800 with just about no debt. Looking for some pointers or just pointed to the right direction. Thanks!
