Best Heloc for me? Thanks!
Hello! I would like to get a Heloc to have those funds available. Here is my situation; the house is paid off in mine and my wife’s name. I work a w2, she is 1099. We also have some rental income. Credit scores 800ish. The house we live in is under slight interior renovation. The main bank I use and another local bank both want to do an interior appraisal. I would rather not do that until the renovations are complete but I don’t want to wait that long to access fund. I read online that in most cases that’s not required anyways. Any recommendations? Or better yet, anyone on that end of the business that I can give my business to? Thanks!
