Hey friends! My wife and I are located in Pennsylvania and purchased a warehouse to rent out as commercial warehouse space. We are shopping for insurance options. There is some work scheduled to get done on the building over the next few weeks. If you offer insurance for this, message me for more details please. Thank you!

Replied

Robert,

Depending on what is being done to the warehouse and how long those improvements will take.  You may need a Renovation Builders Risk policy that covers the existing structure and the improvements as they are incorporated into the building.
