I appreciate all the positive feedback and encouragement from everyone. I didn’t take anything anyone has said in a harsh way or offensive, especially coming from a place that has made my skin very thick. I accept all points of views, perspectives and advice. I’m just tryna do as Brando turner has suggested and to get out there and try. Raw land isn’t my first choice to try an land a deal but I am not excluding it as a possibility. The ultimate guide to real estate investing provided more than enough examples  to build up my faith to know that I can make it happen. I’m starting out with nothing but my ambition, I have no money and no credit so I’m working on analyzing deals and putting them together to present to an investor or partner. That’s where I’m at, I wish everyone the best of luck on their own journey. Thank you

Ok I just spoke to an investor and he said to keep in mind the history of that land and take into consideration of what might have been built there before in the past and if the dirt may be contaminated.???

Yes, how would the value on the land be determined so I can start composing a contract for a deal to whole sale. The land is in between property! In a residential area.

I found this piece of raw land and it’s not on the market! I’m tryna get myself off the ground and into the game. I spoke with a real estate agent and she is supposed to get back at me on my inquiry about the land but I almost feel like I’m providing leads to these people but I need help figuring some things out. Any suggestions?
