The best way I can say about this is search up your local sober living homes, find out who the owner is and talk with them. They are more than willing to share this information in this community.

Solar power is the future! All new structures in the state of California need to be fully equipped with solar panels or a sort of energy conservation equipment. This is now a state law! Great investment this can add to your REI ! Let's jump on the train while it's early

Thank you very much for your advice, we will be speaking with an attorney. I came across this deal initially by seeking to wholesale the property, only to find out the opportunity is bigger than expected.

You can build atleast 24 structures on this Lott , that all consist of an average of 7,500sq ft each. It’s simple, if you do the math in this fashion $150.50 for each sq ft to build from the ground up. Then sell each home based on the local average that every sq ft of structure is going for, which is around $386. So that’s an easy $235.50 profit on every structure once all is said and done.

Well I’m just tryna come up with a solution for this home owner who has a 1,500 sq ft home on a 4 acre Lott in a residential area. This property sits dead center around many modern homes so I’m trying to help her come up with the best possible outlet so she can receive the most desirable deal possible since she’s willing to sell but not willing to settle because she knows her land has to be worth more that the 3 million the home development company has offered her.

Has anyone ever invested with an owner of a property , that wasn’t willing to sell their property because the offer wasn’t what they could be satisfied with but they were willing to allow you to build on their raw land for a percentage of the profits, after buying in on the investment?
