I would suggest you use this website to the best of your advantage, it has so much to offer! I’m barely getting my feet wet and I have already learned so much! Add people, connect with investors, private money lenders, realtors. Message them and don’t be shy to personally introduce yourself. I’ve been doing that add have been receiving a lot of good feedback, assistance and guidance ! Just be open, ready , and willing to learn. I also read the ultimate guide to real estate investing by the creators of this page .

Yes and I’m ready and willing , that’s why I didn’t want to waste anytime going pro. I’m certain that this is what I want to do and I am gonna be successful at it. Thank you for the positive encouragement! Who knows maybe we’ll have some business to do someday. Right now I’m currently tryna get my feet wet with wholesale. I have my eye on a piece of property that’s a real diamond in the rough but it’s already listed on the market. I know it’s not a deal based on what they are asking for. What’s your best approach on that? Is it possible for my to land an assignment contract with the realestate agency? Or just move forward with what’s not listed on the market? I don’t know what it is but this old worn down home is calling my naaame! Any suggestions? Thank you for your time

I definitely can tell how structured you are and I say that with great compliment. I appreciate every word you have shared with me and the Directions you have provided! I am gonna continue on with this incomplete result and figure things out as anyone that remained persistent has. Thank you very much! I can’t wait to share my first successful deal and failure hahah I look forward to it all. Now, there is work to be done! My highest respect for your assistance Billy.

Will do just that! I'm just tryna understand what the exact numbers are or how to come up with them , when it comes to loans and ARV or what the renovation cost will be.

Ok so build up my credit and start looking into DPA where I'm from,California that is. This sounds very similar to a FHA loan. Thank you very much! I am looking into whole sailing at the moment, tryna land my first deal. I am having some minor complications understanding the calculator though, if there's any way you can help me out with that so I can begin analyzing deals better, I would highly appreciate that!
