Also the steel mill has been down for years. Operating on a skeleton crew They just fired it back up when Trump announced all pipelines in America must be made by American steel. If you ever visited the area, you would see the growth first hand. New businesses popping up everywhere. Pueblo West became its own city by how fast and big they are growing. You know what, don't invest here. The inventory is starting to get low and I'm really don't feel like competing with more investors there.

Matt M. Michael Vialpando Lucas Miller Go to this website http://www.puebloriverwalk.com Do not got to the .org as it isn't a good website
I'm going to put my .02 In here. First of all, where do you think the money is coming from? It's coming from tax money. From the citizens pockets. There is already a drain on the system. Now they want tax payers to pay for everyone who can't make their monthly rent. Programs like these are why we are the biggest debtor nation in the world. They can't afford it, and we can't either. It's the claim the it's only 1 months rent that causes the problem. This is what I see will happen, they will get to stay 1 extra month at the tax payers expense and then they will still be out. All they will learn from the lawyers is how to stay in a house longer when you don't pay.

Omar Shahid Sell. We are at the top of the Denver Market. Yes you may make a couple more thousand trying to time and gamble the rest of the market. You could also lose it all when the market turns. In my opinion, if it was me, as I've already been in this position if you look at my post history, I would sell and invest elsewhere. I wouldn't let Sell asap. Unrealized gains =0.

Matt M. Low acquisition cost. Typically $30k-$100k+ depends on what you want. 30mins from Springs, 1 1/2hr from Denver. Rents going up. No problem beating the 1%rule. Minimum wage increase from $8hr to $12hr. This will cause rents to go up more and make it more appealing to investors. This should cause the prices to go up. Springs is in a bidding war like Denver used to be. It will trickle down to Pueblo next. Marijuana dispensaries are not allowed in the city of Pueblo. The county and Pueblo West has them. Pueblo to allow them in 2019.

Bringing in "Students" into the BP community just to write a review? TOTALLY The wrong way to do this. Only way to gain ANY Credibility on here is to Participate in the Forums and Posts here. I don't trust a single one of you with your 1-5 posts total, all having to do with your Commercial about how good his training is. Looks like a bunch of FAKE Accounts. No one does business like this on BP. I see maybe 1-2 actual participating members actually comment. STOP COMMENTING HERE if you don't participate in the OTHER Discussions going on!
