I am looking for feedback from those with experience with rental property investments and being a landlord in the Baltimore area. For reference, I am exploring class B type areas and will be using a property manager. 

Could you share what your experience has been in Baltimore, positive or negative, any major tenant or other issues, and would you buy rentals there again?

Hi Reggie, no experience here and just starting to scope that area as well. From what I understand so far is that Baltimore has a good potential for cash flow, you just have to pick your street or neighborhood carefully based on your risk tolerance. Will be following this thread as other with experience chime in!
