Feedback from Baltimore rental investors/landlords

Hi BP,

I am looking for feedback from those with experience with rental property investments and being a landlord in the Baltimore area. For reference, I am exploring class B type areas and will be using a property manager. 

Could you share what your experience has been in Baltimore, positive or negative, any major tenant or other issues, and would you buy rentals there again?
