There is alot of upgrades going on with the apartments  and baseball stadium. If a property is in a good walking distance I think it could go good.

@Frank Patalano I have 3 rentals and i am only getting 200 a month profit on them. I have money and I am looking for my next deal. The biggest hold up for me is contractors and finding trust worth workers. I have done my house flips with me doing the labor and I'm now trying to change that

I have a tri plex and a house I'm thinking of buying. The hardest thing is to find good solid people to do repairs. What are some strategies used by you guys on here.

Good thing I did my homework. The property is in probate and been there for a year and half. I worked with the guy to get it out but he is showing no ambition to get it done. I think he is hiding something or just lying. So I'm on to my next deal.

@Derek Blades I'm still new at this investing thing but I wouldnt do it without. The condo I was getting at a great price had turn out to be in probate and the guy who says its his doesn't seem to be able to get it out. Thankfully I followed all things before I lost.
