Hello all!

Are there any good websites that offer the time and date of foreclosure auctions?  It doesn't even have to be for a specific property.  It would be great if there were several properties being sold "at the county courthouse".

I've seen a few that give partial details until you give them a credited card number.  Others say I need to contact the trustee for auction info.

Hi @Westin Hudnall.  Are you looking for wholesalers in KC or in the Wichita market?  I see where you are just outside of Wichita and wanted to confirm.

@Brian K. - I hope to know soon!  I have 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry (pre-crash), but I don't have any recent experience.  Not much has changed since '05 has it? - LOL

I've been downloading all the free ebooks, podcasts and youtube videos I can find...mostly BPers.  

I'm looking forward to getting to some REI club meetings and getting to know some local BPers.
