Hello Everyone, 

My wife joined a couple months ago and she could not say enough about the great resources and people on bigger pockets.  We currently own a condominium that we have been renting for 2 years.  We are now preparing to buy our first 3-flat in Chicago.  We have been reading the articles in bigger pockets to guide us in our calculations.  We look forward to finding new investment properties in Chicago's neighborhoods from Pilsen in the south to Portage Park in the north.   I hope to be able to contribute, once I learn more!
