Affiliate marketing can create some passive income, hands off if you hire an online assistant.  The warrior forum is a great place to get started in that regard.

@Account Closed   may be able to help you out.

@Account ClosedGood luck with your search, Id assume that your not dead set on using either of those PMs that you mentioned so I would suggest taking the advice from a few people here.

Before I decided on a PM in KCMO I called about 3-5 PMS , some were just downright umprofessional.

When potential buyers see these turnkey props , is there usually wiggle room in the price?  I know everyone loves to haggle but with tk is it a different story?

Hey everyone, So I was wondering whats the prototcol for closing costs when it comes to turnkey?  When I bought my primary a few years ago I negotiated  closing costs and came very little out of pocket.

Now with my turnkey getting closer to closing I find that Im supposed to pay for all closing... also, does a turnkey company real estate agent work as a dual agent for the buying/selling of property?

Thanks in advance

Hey everyone, so I'm taking action and getting ready to close on my first out of state rental . For those of you in kcmo , what insurance did you go with and what was the depth of coverage? I'm in the midst of calling around but thought some of you with experience would chime in. Prop is a 3b1b in a b neighborhood built in 69 , it's around the grandview area.

Hey @Michael Modesto

Ive being doing a ton of research/vetting in kcmo and Ive come across some folks that I can tell you to stay away from (personal experience) PM if you want info on that. I am working with

@William Robison and he seems to be one of the more upfront/honest people that Ive dealt with thus far, although he can be a bit hard to reach at times Will always gets back to me.
