Hi Everyone,

This is my first post on BiggerPockets! Thanks in advance for everyone's input on the topic and sorry for the long title. I am a newbie investor looking for long term buy and holds and have purchased in Dallas TX all last year. We are looking to expand outside of the state due to the boom in the RE market in Dallas and am looking at KCMO and Jacksonville, FL as our next targets.

We have been talking to PM companies in these 2 cities and I couldn't find much of a review on the following 2 companies, yet they are associated with companies providing turn key properties for out of state investors. If I can purchase a home that cash flows from day one I am all for it, but if these companies are not reputable then we might get bigger problems in the future, so if anyone has heard anything or have worked with the following companies, I would love to hear about your experience with them!

KCMO: Alpine Property Management, associated with McProperties (found some negative reviews, but they seem like small problems)

Jacksonville: Jacksonville Rentals LLC (literally couldn't find anything on this company, they don't even have a Facebook page)

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks again for all your help!
