Learning from pros has taught me to listen to what the seller needs, agree to provide for them what they need, then finalize it with a signature at the bottom of the contract. It's never really about the words on the paper, but rather, what you can provide them.

Chris that's what you call ..REAL TALK...simple and to the point, no sugar coating...you get my vote for that

when i put 31-40% I GET280 leads..
when i put 41-50% i get 288...

Danny i tried the equity % criteria and got a lesser amount of leads.. Today i'm going to play around with it to see what i come up with..I just thought it was strange when i put in 4 zip codes i get 22,000 plus leads, then i put in my criteria it's down to 481..

Thanks, Danny I will give it a try ... This morning I called Listsource thay had me on hold for 15 min I hung up...

For you guys/gals that use listsource and live in a non disclosure state..like Texas..who are targeting absentee owners..what criteria do you search for... I used this criteria and got 481 leads Zip-->Last Market Sale Date--> Years... went back 20 yrs..1950-1990.. What Am I Missing?? :type:
