Absentee Owner Criteria for non Disclosure State

For you guys/gals that use listsource and live in a non disclosure state..like Texas..who are targeting absentee owners..what criteria do you search for... I used this criteria and got 481 leads Zip-->Last Market Sale Date--> Years... went back 20 yrs..1950-1990.. What Am I Missing?? :type:
