I agree, I also need a website to build my buyers list...But while i'm waiting to get one i'm taking Nick J advice and stopping at every house i see with a long dumpsters,roofers,painters or contracters in the yard...Introduce myself and ask for the investor tell him what i do and see how i can add value to his company...and ask the magic question... i have been looking at the site about a week ..alot of great info..most questions i wanted to know about all i had to do was keep strolling thru and i would find it..thats a good sign it's a great site..i look forward to real estate investing thanks..this site is a class within it's self this is real estate 101.. :clap:
