How long did that 5 take you to get . 5 at 25.. you’ll be there in no time .

Down to the sheathing, new house wrap, insulation (Depending on area) , new vinyl. 

I bought a dump truck and it solved all my garbage problems.

The size depends of how much debris you are putting in it. 

Lots of issues, most common is access.
