I am an investor in the area, I also have a great investor friendly agent in the Red Bank area as well.

I would suggest finding someone in the business that you could do a JV (joint venture) with to help with capitol and experience. If the deal is good you should have no problem finding one

Somerset hard to find good stuff, I live here but do most of my deals in Monmouth county. That being said my partner has good connections in the area if your interested

I invest in Monmouth county mostly, have had quite a few properties I wholesaled there! The best and cheapest way to get things going is to network, network, network!!!

It is a tough decision, but if you are sure the lack of backyard is the reason than you may want to invest in closing off side of yard with a deck provided it doesn't change the curb appeal
