Any hard money lenders in Nj?

I want to make an offer on a property that’s on the MLS, the seller is selling the property “As is”. He called me asking if I buy properties and I said yes. A couple of questions later I asked him if the property is on the MLS which he responded yes. I went onlIne and saw that the priced has been dropped by 20k in less than a month which tells me he’s motivated to sell. 👍 NOW, I NEED PROOF oF Funds. Are THERE ANY HARD MONEY LENDERS THAT WOULD Provide me with a proof of funds letter?????
